When Will the Winner Be Announced?

The raffle draw will take place on August 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the presence of a DTI representative.

The winner will be announced on August 11, 2026 via the Billease Official Facebook Page and will also be notified through registered mail and email.

Terms and Conditions

• Billease clients whose accounts become delinquent during the promotional period or before/on the draw date will be deemed ineligible for the offer.
• Billease clients who requested a refund from the merchant, regardless of the reason, during the promotional period and/or before the raffle date will be deemed ineligible for the offer.
• Billease reserves the right to disqualify and void transactions from accounts confirmed to be invalid or fraudulent (e.g., system abuse, refund or reversal abuse).
• By participating, entrants agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Any disagreements regarding the products and/or services related to the promotional offer shall be resolved directly between the customer and Billease, with DTI approval.
• The raffle draw will be held on August 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the presence of a DTI representative.
• During the raffle draw, Billease will use App Sorteos to randomly select the winner and three substitute winners and verify eligibility through the official registration records.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact details are accurate and updated.
• The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants through an electronic raffle draw.
• The winner will be notified through registered mail and email and announced publicly on the Billease Official Facebook Page on August 11, 2026.
• Taxes, including the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000, will be shouldered by Billease.
• Any expenses related to claiming or using the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
• Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the official notification; otherwise, they will be forfeited in favor of Billease upon prior DTI approval.
• Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
• All employees of Billease and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
