Promo Mechanics
- The raffle is open to all new users who apply for a Billease limit between March 27 at 12:01AM to April 30, 2026 at 11:59PM.
- Participants must download the Billease app, apply for an account, and get approved to qualify.
- To be considered eligible to enter the raffle, Billease users must agree to join the promo by giving their consent by clicking “Join Promo” via the in-app pop-up banner. On the consent form on the said banner, their registered details (Full Name, Address, Email Address, and Mobile Number) are already pre-filled.
- Last day to get approved to qualify for the raffle is April 30, 2026.
- One winner will receive a brand-new iPhone 17 in Mist Blue (256GB).
Terms & Conditions
- Billease clients whose accounts become delinquent during the promotional period or before/on draw date will be deemed ineligible for the offer.
- Billease clients who requested a refund from the merchant, regardless of the reason, during the promotional period and/or before the raffle date will be deemed ineligible for the offer.
- Billease reserves the right to disqualify and void transactions from accounts confirmed to be invalid or fraudulent (e.g., system abuse, refund or reversal abuse).
- By participating, entrants agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Any disagreements regarding the products and/or services related to the promotional offer shall be resolved directly between the customer and Billease, with DTI’s approval.
- Raffle draw will be held on May 5 2026, 2:00 PM via online raffle draw through Google Meet in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”) representative.
- Participants are responsible to ensure that contact details registered with Billease are correct to receive notifications.
- The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants via a digital platform for an electronic raffle draw.
- The winner will be announced publicly on May 11, 2026 via a Facebook post on Billease Official Facebook Page.
- The winner will also get a notification via registered mail and email.
- The Winner may claim his/her prize at the Billease office (9F TM Kalaw Center, Ermita, Metro Manila) or may be delivered through courier services. The winner must present a valid ID for confirmation.
- Taxes, including the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000, will be shouldered by Billease. Any other expenses related to claiming or using the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
- Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of official registered mail notification, otherwise such prizes will be forfeited in favor of Billease upon prior approval from DTI.
- All raffle prizes are transferable. However, the prizes are not convertible to cash.
- All employees of Billease and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
