6. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo.
7. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
8. Promo prizes are non-convertible and non-transferrable.
9. Billease is fully responsible for the operation of the Billease App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion.
10. Smart Communications Inc. shall shoulder the promo prize including the delivery to the winners.
11. The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, email, and phone call to their Billease-registered mobile number. A Billease representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity.
