BillEase app users can use the promo once per merchant throughout the promo duration. Cashback will be credited as Shopee Coins after successful payment has been made; which can only be used in the Shopee App and website.
You can use Shopee Coins for orders on Shopee, payments to ShopeePay merchants, purchase of digital products (such as e-vouchers) purchase of ShopeePay Scan & Pay vouchers and exchange of Shopee Prizes game items.
Follow these steps to get your coins cashback when you pay your BillEase loan:
- On the BillEase app, select the loan that you want to settle and click “Pay Now.”
- From the payment options, click “e-wallet.”
- Select “ShopeePay” from the options and you will be redirected.
- Log in to your ShopeePay account and confirm the payment.

Aside from paying for your loans, you can also top up your ShopeePay account using the BillEase app:
- Open the BillEase app and tap “E-Wallets.”
- From the options, choose “Shopee” and enter the mobile number associated with the Shopee account you want to reload.
- Select from the available denominations and choose from the customizable installment terms.
