The April 26, 2023 deadline for SIM Card Registration is fast approaching.

The SIM Registration Law or Republic Act 11934 mandates all customers of SIM-based services, both new and existing, to register their SIM cards with their current telco provider.

Enter the OTP

Input the 6-digit OTP on the SIM registration website of your telco. Once your OTP is validated, you may proceed with the registration.

STEP 5

Input your personal details

Complete all required fields including your name, birthday, gender, address & nationality.

STEP 6

Take a selfie

Take a picture of yourself and your government ID.

STEP 7

Upload a photo of your government ID

From the list, select the type of the government identification card (ID) to be uploaded and click the “Upload” button.

STEP 8

Agree to Privacy Policy

Double-check the correctness of information. Once done, tick the box that says “I agree with Privacy Policy.”

Note that you only need to check the required boxes. It’s up to you whether you want to select the remaining boxes for Marketing and Promotional permissions.

Click Submit

Hit the “Submit” or “Next” button to finish the registration process.

Keep the reference number
