(UPDATED February 2025) Shopping is all about blissful moments, and Billease makes sure that the billing process is just as blissful! BillEase offers easy and flexible installments, so you can buy what you love, pay with ease. Billease has made it hassle-free with a variety of payment options, so you can settle your dues in a snap and get back to enjoying your purchases. Here are your options:

1. Pay via QRPh

QRPh is now the default payment option. To pay via QRPh, on the BillEase app, select “Pay Now”. Download the QR code containing your payment details (amount to pay, etc.). Now, open your preferred payment app (like Gcash or Maya) and scan the downloaded QR code. You may complete the payment within your favorite e-wallet, and that’s it!

 

2. Over the Counter

No funds in your e-Wallet? You can pay your BillEase loans with cash over the counter! Here’s how:

a.  Open your BillEase app and click “Pay Now.” On the Payment page, select “Pay over the counter.”

b.  Choose your preferred over-the-counter option. There is a convenience fee of ₱25 for SM Bills Pay, Robinsons Department Store, 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Palawan Express, LBC, and USSC, while ECPay has a convenience fee of 1.5% of the installment amount. The convenience fee is included in the amount due.

c.  Save the generated payment code by clicking the download button or take a screenshot. You’ll need this payment code when filling out the form/slip. The payment code is valid for 24 hours only.

d.  Head to the nearest branch of your chosen outlet and follow the payment instructions indicated in the BillEase app. Kindly check the table above for the branch locations. 

3. DigiPay

DigiPay is a financial services platform where BillEase users can pay their installments at DigiPay Agents or branches. Processing of the payment is instant with a PHP 9 convenience fee per transaction.

How to Pay with DigiPay?

  1. Visit your nearest DigiPay Agent. Check out the DigiPay Agent Locator here: https://digipay.ph/branch-locator/
  2. Inform the DigiPay agent that you would like to pay your BillEase Installment via DigiPay Bills Payment.
  3. Provide your account and contact information to the agent, along with the amount you would like to pay. 
  4. Settle payment in cash or other available payment methods of the DigiPay Agent.


4. Online Banking

Enjoy instant booking and a flat rate of P10 per transaction by linking your online bank account to your BillEase account. Currently, accepted online bank accounts are Union Bank and BPI.

With this method, you can pay BillEase directly from your online bank account and your payments will be booked automatically. No need to send us your proof of payment.

To link your online bank account, simply click Pay Now and then select Online Banking and choose your preferred bank. Log in to your online banking account and confirm linking.


5. E-wallet

You can also pay your BillEase installment through e-wallets such as GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, and GrabPay. Payments are instantly posted with a minimal transaction fee between 1.77 and 2.41%.

To start, simply click the Pay Now button and then select E-wallet and choose your e-wallet on the Payment page of BilEase app. You will be redirected to log in to your preferred e-wallet account to complete the payment

GCash Bills Payment – You can also pay via GCash Bills Payment. Using the GCash app, click the Bills icon and type BillEase on the search bar. Input the loan ID, your name, mobile and email as registered in BillEase. Your Loan ID can be found in the reminder email and on the BillEase app under Installments. Flat fee of P15 applies per transaction. No need to send proof of payment, as your payments will be booked automatically on the next day.


6. Bank transfers

Click Pay Now in the BillEase App and then choose Bank Transfer. Choose your preferred bank – We have BDO, BPI and Security Bank. The bank account numbers are listed right there and you can easily copy them. You may pay via online bank transfer, InstaPay, PESONet, and even over-the-counter deposit.

Once payment has been made, click Submit Proof to upload a screenshot or photo of the transfer confirmation page or transaction slip, indicate the bank and date of the repayment.

This option does not incur any fee (except any fee your sending bank may charge) and your payment will be reflected within 1-2 banking days as long as you submit the correct details. We always count the date of actual payment, so as long as you make payment on your due date you are fine.
